In his wrestling career, Lance Cade used different names like Lance and Garrison Cade. He was born on March 2, 1981, in Caroll, Iowa. He started wrestling in 1999 when he was at the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy in San Antonio, Texas.

In December of the same year, Cade went to Japan and worked with a partner in tag team matches. Not long after that, he joined the World Wrestling Foundation (WWF), which later became the WWE.

While Lance Cade was a wrestler in 2008, he had a scary moment on a plane when he had a seizure. He needed urgent help because he was taking too many prescription drugs. This made WWE let him go.

In January 2010, Cade went to a rehab program to try to get better. He even finished a 30-day treatment program in February. However, sadly, a few months later, he started using drugs again. This led to an accident where he took too many different drugs, and he died when he was 29.
